A Reymsa closed loop cooling tower replaced a 25-year-old Baltimore Aircoil closed loop cooling tower after the old one hemorrhaged the internal tube bundle during the freeze of March, 2021. The new tower, which utilizes an external plate fin heat exchanger serves this 16 story, high end condominium tower overlooking the former Raveneaux Country Club and golf course in Champions of Northwest Houston.
