Over the course of a long (Labor Day) weekend, K&R Mechanical Services utilized an 800-ton crane reaching 350 feet to remove two, 20-year-old, Trane RTAA screw chillers. Replaced with two new Carrier, 30XA screw water chillers, we were also contracted to remove all old piping insulation and piping supports. We elevated the piping to accommodate a concurrent roofing project. Chillers were up and running first thing that Tuesday.
